The short version: HuskyBIM is free to use. It is provided as-is, with no warranty. AI tools can make mistakes — always verify output before use in professional work.
By installing or using any HuskyBIM product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software. These terms apply to all HuskyBIM connectors, including HuskyBIM for Revit, HuskyBIM for ArchiCAD, HuskyBIM for MS Project, and the HuskyMCP service.
HuskyBIM is free to use. You create an account with your email address and a one-time verification code — no payment is required.
You may stop using HuskyBIM and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Because the service is free, no charges or refunds are involved.
Each account authorises activation on up to 2 machines simultaneously. The limit is per account, not per connector — a single activated machine can run all HuskyBIM connectors (Revit, ArchiCAD, MS Project) at the same time. You may deactivate a machine at any time from your account page to free a slot. Sharing credentials or activations across organisations or users is not permitted.

AI can make mistakes. HuskyBIM connectors use Claude (Anthropic) as the AI engine. AI-generated content — including geometry, schedules, quantities, calculations, and any other output — may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying all output before relying on it in professional work, submitting it to clients, or using it in construction documents.
HuskyBIM is a productivity tool. It does not replace professional judgement, peer review, or compliance checks required by building codes, standards, or contractual obligations.
HuskyBIM is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Use of HuskyBIM is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HuskyBIM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the software or any AI-generated output, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because HuskyBIM is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed EUR 100.
HuskyBIM software, including all source code, binaries, and documentation, is proprietary. No ownership rights are transferred by your use of HuskyBIM. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software while you have an active HuskyBIM account.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
