HuskyMCP

HuskyMCP is a standalone MCP server that gives Claude Desktop access to AEC knowledge, standards lookups, unit conversions and project context tools — without requiring Revit, Archicad or any other host application.

Installation

HuskyMCP is a remote MCP server — nothing to download or install. Add it to Claude Desktop in three steps.

1

Copy the URL

https://mcp.huskybim.com/mcp

Copy the URL above, then open Claude Desktop.

2

Add as custom connector

Go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Set name to HuskyMCP, paste the URL, and click Add.

3

Configure and allow

Click Configure on the connector, then choose Always allow. HuskyMCP tools are available immediately in any new conversation.

What HuskyMCP includes

AEC knowledge base Query a curated knowledge base of AEC standards, terminology and best practices. Useful for document review, specification writing and QA checklists.
Standards lookup Look up Eurocode, ISO, EN and national standards by number or keyword. Returns article summaries, scope and references.

Tip: persistent project context

HuskyMCP does not store project-specific data. For persistent project context (name, location, jurisdiction, phase), create a CLAUDE.md file in your project folder and write the relevant details there. Claude Desktop loads it automatically at the start of every conversation in that folder.
