FAQ

What version of Revit is supported?
Revit 2026 on Windows 10 and Windows 11. ArchiCAD 29 connector is in active development — included in your subscription when it launches.
Does my BIM model data leave my machine?
No. The connector runs entirely on your Windows machine. All communication between Claude Desktop and Revit happens over localhost:14253. Your model content never reaches HuskyBIM's servers. We only receive license validation requests (email + machine hash) when the connector starts.
How many machines can I use at the same time?
2 machines per subscription — both active simultaneously. Run a long batch operation on your desktop workstation while continuing in Claude on your laptop. You can release a machine at any time from huskybim.com/plugins/account.
Do I need a Claude subscription to use HuskyBIM?
You need Claude Desktop (free download) and a Claude account at claude.ai. Claude Pro ($20/month) is recommended for heavy daily use — it gives you significantly higher usage limits.
How long does installation take?
Under 5 minutes. Subscribe, download the .exe installer, run it — the Revit add-in and your Claude Desktop extension are configured automatically. No manual editing of config files.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
