1. Qui sommes-nous

HuskyBIM operates the HuskyBIM platform, including MCP connectors for BIM software and the HuskyMCP knowledge service. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to HuskyBIM. Contact: [email protected].

2. Ce que nous collectons

When you subscribe to or activate a HuskyBIM connector, we collect:

• Email address — used to identify your subscription and send transactional emails (activation confirmation, renewal reminders, invoices).
• Machine identifier — a hardware-derived hash used to enforce the 2-machine limit per subscription. No personally identifiable hardware information is transmitted — only the hash.
• License validation requests — each time a connector starts, it sends your email and machine hash to our validation endpoint to confirm your subscription is active. No BIM model data, geometry, or project content is included in these requests.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details on our servers. See Stripe’s Politique de confidentialité.

3. Ce que nous ne collectons pas

HuskyBIM connectors run entirely on your local machine. We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• BIM model content, geometry, or project data
• Claude conversation content or prompts
• Any files from your BIM software
• Any data processed by the MCP tools during a Claude session

All communication between Claude Desktop and your BIM software happens locally over localhost and never reaches our servers.

4. Comment nous utilisons vos données

• To verify that your subscription is active when a connector starts
• To enforce the 2-machine limit and prevent unauthorised sharing
• To send transactional emails related to your subscription
• To provide customer support when you contact us

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Services tiers

• Stripe — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy
• Anthropic / Claude Desktop — the AI assistant that uses our connectors. Your use of Claude Desktop is subject to Anthropic’s Politique de confidentialité.
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Traffic to huskybim.com passes through Cloudflare’s network. See Cloudflare’s Politique de confidentialité.
• Brevo — transactional email delivery. See Brevo’s Politique de confidentialité.

6. Conservation des données

We retain your email address and subscription record for as long as your account exists. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records, which we keep for 5 years).

7. Vos droits

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Sécurité

All validation requests are transmitted over HTTPS. Subscription data is stored on a private server with access controls and encrypted storage. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no system is completely secure.

9. Modifications de cette politique

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
