Troubleshooting

Windows SmartScreen blocks the installer
Click More infoRun anyway. The installer is safe — code signing is in progress. If your antivirus blocks it, add a temporary exception for the setup .exe.
The HuskyBIM tab doesn't appear in Revit
Make sure you fully restarted Revit after installation. If prompted to load the add-in, choose Always Load. Check that the installer completed without errors.
Claude can't see my model
Your BIM application must be open with a project loaded before you ask Claude. Fully restart Claude Desktop (quit from the system tray, reopen). Then try: "What's in my model?"
Does it work offline?
The Revit and ArchiCAD add-ins work without internet. Claude Desktop requires an internet connection to reach Anthropic's API. License validation is tolerant of network errors — a warning is shown but usage is not blocked.
How do I use HuskyBIM on a second machine?
Run the installer on the second machine and enter the same subscription email. Up to 2 machines can be active simultaneously. If you need to swap a machine, visit your account page to release one.
